Previously, he worked for renowned business law firms in Vienna and Linz. He specialises in corporate law, M&amp;A transactions and general civil law. He completed his doctoral studies in 2015. His dissertation deals with the board responsibility for financial investment transactions in stock corporations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Stext\" style=\"margin: 3pt 0cm 6pt; text-align: left;\">Florian W\u00fcnscher (33) joined the team of Frotz Rechtsanw\u00e4lte OG as attorney-at-law in April 2022. He specialises in corporate and reorganisation law as well as M&amp;A transactions and venture capital \/ private equity. Florian W\u00fcnscher gained several years of professional experience at an international law firm and as an in-house lawyer.
