Lena Kolbitsch-Franz joined the team of Frotz Rechtsanw\u00e4lte OG at the beginning of the year and has now been registered as an attorney-at-law. She specialises in litigation and general civil law and has already published a lot on this subject: Among other things, she wrote her dissertation in the field of tort law and has authored numerous commentaries. She is also active as a lecturer (for example, at the Austrian Real Estate Law Days and the Annual Conference on Family Law) and teaches civil law as an external lecturer at Sigmund Freud Private University.<\/p>\n
Lena Kolbitsch-Franz studied law at the University of Vienna and at the Universit\u00e9 de Poitiers. She then worked for four years as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna. In 2015, she received the Heinrich Klang Award for the best graduates.
