On 19 and 20 June 2024, the ARS Academy’s theme days for managing directors of limited liability companies took place in Vienna. Our partner Paul Sch\u00f6rghofer spoke as a lecturer on the first half-day about the rights, duties and liabilities of managing directors. Among other things, he informed the interested participants about the standard of care of managing directors and the avoidance of liability traps, in particular the prohibited return of capital contributions.<\/p>\n
