The Club of Supervisory Board Members of the City of Vienna serves as a platform for exchange, networking and further training for supervisory board members in companies and enterprises of the City of Vienna.
On 22 May, more than 80 people gathered at the Climate and Innovation Forum of the City of Vienna to network, exchange experiences and learn from each other.
Our partner Dr Stephan Frotz gave a presentation on ‘The Business Judgement Rule on the Supervisory Board,’ which was very well received by the audience.
