This spring, two of our colleagues successfully completed their doctoral studies. Valentin Obergruber wrote a dissertation on the tortious protection of membership. Nikolaus Feldscher wrote his dissertation on ‘The acquisition of fruits by the bona fide possessor’ and will be awarded the Ars Iuris Dissertation Prize on 10 June 2025.
