Nikolaus Feldscher holds law degrees from the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2018, Dr. iur. 2025), the University of Oxford (MJur 2021) and the Vienna University of Economics and Business (LL.B. 2019). After several years at a leading international law firm, he joined Frotz Rechtsanwälte OG in 2024. Nikolaus Feldscher advises domestic and international clients on corporate law and reorganisations, M&A, shareholder disputes, and business law, with a particular focus on banking law and Austrian private foundation law.
