The Corporate Law Moot Court at the Vienna University of Economics and Business has been a fixed date for our law firm for many years. This year, we are once again looking forward to supporting a team of students in this competition.
The kick-off event took place on 08.10.2026 and 09.10.2026, during which Valentin Obergruber gave a presentation on the topic of “Mergers and demergers”. The teams were then selected by lottery. Stefan Hammerschmidt and Valentin Obergruber will provide Florian Herzog, Jakob Pollak and Emmi Rathgeb with advice and support in drafting the contract and prepare them for the negotiations in January 2027.
We are looking forward to the joint task and are convinced that our team will successfully complete the Moot Court!
