The Annual Conference on Corporate and Business Law of the Manz Academy of Law took place this time on 19 and 20 October 2023 in Vienna. On the second day of the conference, our senior partner Stephan Frotz gave a lecture on the topic of “Allocation of responsibilities for managing directors and internal authorisations”. He dealt with the legal starting position, the content-related requirements and the limits of the distribution of responsibilities and particularly addressed the legal consequences, especially liability issues.
