On September 8 and 9, 2022, the annual conference on corporate and commercial law of Manz Rechtsakademie took place in Vienna. On the second day of the conference, Dr. Paul Schörghofer, LL.M. (Harvard) gave a lecture on „Indexation Clauses in Corporate Law“. He discussed application cases in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, compensation of shareholders, and purchase options. Furthermore, he addressed practical questions.
