On June 22 2022, Dr. Paul Schörghofer, LL.M. (Harvard) gave a lecture at the University of Vienna as part of the Privatissimum Umgründungsrecht of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Chris Thomale, LL.M. (Yale). In his presentation “Umwandlungen nach dem UmwG” he gave exciting insights into application cases as well as the practice of reorganization law. Afterwards, there were detailed discussions with interested PhD students.
