The Corporate Law Moot Court at the Vienna University of Economics and Business has been a fixed date for our law firm for many years. This year, we are once again looking forward to supporting a team of students in this competition.
The kick-off event took place on 09.10.2025 and 10.10.2025, during which Valentin Obergruber gave a presentation on the topic of “Mergers and demergers” and a draw was held to determine which teams would be supported by which law firm. Our team includes Dominik Dellijaj and Michael Miladinovic. Stefan Hammerschmidt and Valentin Obergruber will provide them with advice and assistance in drafting the contract and prepare them for the negotiations in January 2026.
We are looking forward to the joint task and are convinced that the two students will successfully complete the Moot Court!
