New lawyer at Frotz Riedl Rechtsanwälte: Dr. Lena Kolbitsch-Franz

The addition of Lena Kolbitsch-Franz as an independent attorney-at-law means that Frotz Riedl Rechtsanwälte has a high-calibre reinforcement from its own ranks. Lena Kolbitsch-Franz joined the team of Frotz Rechtsanwälte OG at the beginning of the year and has now been registered as an attorney-at-law. She specialises in litigation and general civil law and has already published a lot on this subject: Among other things, she wrote her dissertation in the field of tort law and has authored numerous commentaries. She is also active as a lecturer (for example, at the Austrian Real Estate Law Days and the Annual Conference on Family Law) and teaches civil law as an external lecturer at Sigmund Freud Private University.

Lena Kolbitsch-Franz studied law at the University of Vienna and at the Université de Poitiers. She then worked for four years as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna. In 2015, she received the Heinrich Klang Award for the best graduates. She won the Civil Law Moot Court in both the state and national finals and served for two years on the board of the Legal Literacy Project, a voluntary student association that aims to promote basic legal knowledge in society.

We congratulate her most sincerely on her appointment!
