New publication: Hidden profit distribution and company value shares

In an article published in the new issue of GesRZ by Linde Verlag, our attorney-at-law Florian Wünscher examines enterprise value shares in Flexible Companies in the light of the prohibition of hidden profit distributions. Particular attention is also paid to the applicability of the capital maintenance rules in the context of employee share programs.
