In the current issue of the journal Zeitschrift für Gesellschaftsrecht und angrenzendes Steuerrecht (GES), our partner Paul Schörghofer presents the recently enacted EU Reorganisation Act together with Christian Zwick. For the first time, not only cross-border mergers but also cross-border transfers of registered offices and demergers within the EU are subject to legal regulation. The first part dealt with the cross-border transfer of registered offices, the second part in the current issue deals with cross-border mergers and cross-border demergers.
