In cooperation with Danube University Krems, the Manz Law Academy offers the “Corporate Law/M&A” course, which aims to train lawyers, associates, corporate lawyers and other interested parties to become specialists in corporate law and M&A within five days. Our partner Stephan Frotz was one of the speakers and spent half a day informing the interested participants about the tasks of the supervisory board in connection with organisation, group and M&A.
