On 3 and 4 May, the 11th Family Business Day took place at Göttweig Abbey, which was a great success with around 100 participants. Together with organiser Susanne Kalss, our partner Paul Schörghofer presented the structuring options and advantages of the new FlexCo for family businesses, in particular the possible applications for company succession.
