On June 1st and 2nd, 2023, the Austrian Real Estate Law Days 2023 (“Österreichische Wohnrechtstage 2023”) of Verlag Österreich took place in the Urania Vienna under the leadership of university professor Andreas Vonkilch. On 01.06.2023, our colleague Lena Kolbitsch-Franz gave a one hour lecture on the subject “Cohabitation in the MRG (Tenancy Act) and WGG (Limited Profit Housing Act)”, which was received with great interest by the numerous participants.
