On 12 June 2023, Paul Schörghofer and Florian Wünscher gave a lecture as part of the Privatissimum “Streitiges Gesellschaftsrecht” of Professor Chris Thomale at the University of Vienna. The two gave interesting insights from their practical experience on relevant issues and anticipatory contract drafting on the topic “The Role of Contract Drafting in Shareholder Disputes”.
