On June 21 and 22, 2023, the ARS-Akademie held its theme days for managing directors of limited liability companies in Vienna. Our partner Paul Schörghofer spoke as lecturer of the first half day about rights, duties and liabilities of managing directors. Among other things, he informed the interested participants about the standard of care of managing directors and the avoidance of liability traps, in particular the prohibited return of contributions.
