On June 23, 2023, the Austrian State Aid Law Day 2023 took place on the top floor of the Vienna Juridicum. This year’s topics of the conference were Principles and Procedures, Press and Media Subsidies, Future of State Aid Law as well as Civil Law and Liability. Our partner Paul Schörghofer held a presentation on the interfaces between state aid law and the prohibition of the return of contributions.
