Frotz Riedl once again accompanied the Moot Court Corporate Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna). Stefan Hammerschmidt and Valentin Obergruber supported a team of students in revising the draft agreements and preparing for the negotiations.
The final event took place on 29 January 2026 in the Library & Learning Centre at WU Vienna. Dominik Delijaj and Michael Miladinovic impressively showed that they were excellently prepared for the negotiations. In their case, they represented a shareholder who wants to transfer his company shares to a holding company to be established with a business partner.
