Our partner Paul Schörghofer, together with Elias Resinger, has written an article in the German journal Recht der Familienunternehmen (RFamU) about the advisory board, which is an essential instrument of professional corporate governance in many Austrian family businesses. The article provides a concise overview of the importance and legal classification of advisory boards in Austria from the perspective of the shareholders of a family business.
